Challenge Events
Sign up to run for Thistle today! Together we can stop a health crisis from becoming a life crisis for people across Scotland.
Join us for the Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2024, taking place on Sunday 15th September. With three walks of varying lengths to choose from, there’s something for everyone.
The Kiltwalk is the perfect challenge event for those wanting a fitness challenge that doesn’t involve running. This feel-good event is a fantastic sociable day out, whether you do it with friends / family or if you’re just enjoying the company of your Clan Thistle team-mates.
Head to the Kiltwalk website to pick your walk and make strides for Scotland’s wellbeing!

The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is taking place over Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May 2025, and there are a variety of events you can take part in; it's not just for the long-distance runners among you.
Signing up to a fitness challenge is often the best way to increase your activity levels, as you train for the big day. Register for the Team Relay, the 5K run or get the kids involved with one of the junior events. Take a look below to find the perfect challenge for you.
Why not get a friend or family member to sign up with you to make things even more fun!

At Thistle, we work with the person, not the condition, tailoring our support to the needs of every person we work with.
Through one-to-one support, wellbeing courses, community groups and supported physical activity, we support people living with disabilities, long-term conditions or facing challenging life situations to live well, regardless of challenges faced.
